I feel theres a lot of stories that continuously weave our coffee scene, I wanted to encapsulate some of them. I am a Licensed Q processor, a Coffee consultant working with Coffee farms and also Cafes. Train people in Coffee related stuff from Coffee processing , to roasting, to brewing. Ep. 26 Bloom Coffee Roasters with the whole awesome Punjabi Vibe
Bloom Coffee Roasters !!   Damn, this episode has been long overdue! I had so much fun recording this episode and i thought that since it requires less edits (cause Sharang said so in the episode) i would get this episode out quickly. But.... ( i am not going to share my sad story) .... I am happy that this is up. Cant thank Sharang enough to take time out to do this on behalf of Shivansh and Tejasvi. These people are awesome, these people are REAL. Musician, to studying construction, to photography to architecture, to having their own Take out, these 3 people have done a lot and somehow got into to Coffee. (good for us). Incidentally they had just took part in the @Aeropress Championship at @qbf and were heading home ... (in that road trip of 5 hours)  sorry 5 and a half cause @Tejasvi was driving, during that trip is when the company was conceptualised and how (listen to the entire explanation in the episode). We discuss, @timwildelboe, @jimseven, coffees from @msp @papakuchicoffee and of @bluetokai and @savorworks and lot more, if you are looking for some fun and honest conversation, tune into this latest episode of the Coffee Protocol Podcast.  Little about Bloom: Before anything else we at Bloom Coffee Roasters are lovers of delicious coffee. As great as Speciality coffee is, it can often be a little unapproachable if not intimidating,  especially to those unfamiliar with It. We want to make it a little bit more fun, approachable, and available to everyone, while sourcing and roasting some of the best, most delicious coffees that India produces. The perception of coffee being a bitter beverage, made just to wake you up is changing! We want to make you experience just how delicious, and flavourful great coffee can be. When we say speciality coffee is for everyone, we mean everyone involved in the supply chain of coffee, from the planter to the person who brews and enjoys a delicious cup. When we’re able to achieve this, we get closer to making speciality coffee truly sustainable (Environmental, economic, social) for everyone! Founders: Shivansh Sharma, Tejasvi Verma, & Sharang Sharma Founded: January 2020 website: https://bloomcoffeeroasters.in little about Sharang Sharma: I’m a singer/songwriter turned coffee roaster. I’m passionate about trying to roast delicious, sustainable and traceable coffees. I have a band with my parents called the Red Brick House where we play songs/poems written by the mystics, Indian as well as other writers and poets. I have been roasting coffee for about 2 years now, and I feel that just like music you can never really know how to roast coffee, you learn something everyday, and try and improve yourself everyday.
