Flo is a Project and A&R Manager at Nuclear Blast Records as well as the co-owner of his own management agency Deadshot Music management. With years of experience managing campaigns and overseeing large projects from start to finish, Flo was kind enough to give us some of his time and discuss the things bands should do when approaching labels. Where they need to be in their career before they can expect label attention as well as what to expect once they're signed. We discuss marketing, branding and the costs involved being in a professional long term band. Loads of pure gold in this interview.
