
Welcome to the first-ever episode of Coffee & Connections!!! For the first episode, allow me to first explain my intentions for creating this pod and what you ~can~ expect as you listen to the episodes. Also, seeing that it's been more than a year (UGHHHH) since the quarantine started, I'm sure I'm not the only one who's been stressed and frustrated about it. So, let me to share with you the five things I discovered that helped me care for myself more during this stressful time in our world.
