Tonight we have an absolute princess, the little sister of the queen of my cocktail heart! The Dublin Minstrel leaves it all on the stage, every night. Created by the great Simon Difford, this drink is nice little twist on the Last Word, named for it’s first proponent, Frank Fogarty the Dublin Minstrel.
