This week, Cam and NJ sit down with Sarah King, founder and team manager of London Academy. London Academy's mantra is to support women to race bikes and have some fun doing it, which we delve into in this episode. Sarah discusses her early career racing bikes and how that helped shape the team's organisation. With the academy, there is a unique mentoring scheme, how safeguarding works within the team, and how there is more racing than ever.
