Currently, he is the graduate program director and assistant professor of Exercise Science at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. He's also the head weightlifting coach at SHU & Nation BB. Christopher has a background in competing in soccer, track and field, powerlifting and now competes in weightlifting for the East Coast Gold Weightlifting Team.
