INSTRUCTIONS
-Set up a pitch with a goal at each end and balls positioned on the halfway line.
- Split the players into pairs & number them off with one from each pair starting at each end along the goal line.
- The coach calls out a number & the two players race out & battle for the ball.
- The first player that gets there turns around & tries to score in the goal they came from while the other player tries to stop them.
- 1 point for each goal & the first team to 5 points wins!
NOTE: Limit each go to approximately 30-40 seconds & call it a draw if they haven’t scored by then so the other players aren’t waiting around too long.
PROGRESSION:
- Call out two numbers & players from the same end join forces to score or defend.
