
In this first episode I talk about coaching and goal-setting. I discuss three key benefits of setting goals, the importance of being precise in what we want, and setting an end date when we can evaluate what we have achieved. I also consider an essential reframe when considering the processes we follow to get to where we want to be as well as looking at how to approach achieving what we want and getting something other than what we want. Further to this, I look at the power of the unconscious mind and how to use that power to increase our chances of success.
