Drew highlights his Key Performance Indicators of the baseball program he has recently been coaching, how he addresses measuring performance objectively, and session management with younger athletes. Most strength and conditioning coaches will have to work with a younger demographic (and they should want to, it's fun and rewarding!) However, with the age and maturity levels, it can be difficult to maintain control of the session.
