Dr Suzy Green hosts Dr. Maja Stanojevic-Andre, the founder and director of the Institute for Developmental Coaching. Originally trained as a medical doctor and psychiatrist, she has been a pioneer in applying adult development theories to leadership coaching for over 20 years. Maja introduced the Leadership Maturity Framework to the Asia-Pacific region in 2006 and continues to enrich coaching practices by integrating neuroscience, psychotherapy, and ancient wisdom. From my perspective Maja is the absolute embodiment of what she teaches!
