Mary is the Owner and Chief Enthusiasm Officer (CEO) at Mary Barrett Global. Mary is a mindset coach, hypnotherapist, and podcaster. She is an expert in emotional intelligence and communication skills and an ABNLP certified NLP trainer and Master Practitioner.

For over three decades, Mary has been educating, inspiring and empowering C-suite, senior executives and entrepreneurs to clear the chaos of their mind and gain clarity to make transformational sustainable changes to increase both personal effectiveness and business results.

Mary shares her background and journey into coaching, which began during her 18-year career at Barclays Bank in the UK. 

She also lived in Sweden and worked at BMW before moving to Singapore and becoming a mother. 

She talks about neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and facing her fears during her time training with Tony Robbins.
