After a career in biochemistry engineering in R&D at Procter and Gamble and Ecolab, Wesley has has discovered that what makes him tick is not the chemistry in the bottle but the chemistry between a team's players. Following this discovery and his passion, Wesley is today a certified integral and systemic coach and he is the founder of INN-Gage where he helps organisations unlock their human potential for innovation.
