John 6:1-15 NIV ! Introduction The miracle of the feeding of the five thousand is recorded in all four Gospels.This miracle illustrates the following 5 spiritual principles:It is proof of the Lord's power to perform miracles.It points to Jesus as the "bread of life", the one who provides for both body and soul (physical and spiritual needs). It is an example of Jesus' compassion for people in need.It teaches that regardless of what little we have, God can multiply the effects of what we surrender to him and do great things with it. In other words, God can do very much with very little if we entrust our situations to him.Jesus involves his followers in his miracles. He wants to perform his miracles with you and through you!
