However some entrepreneurs have realised that those landfills actually represent a mountain of opportunities and potential multi-billion dollar business. Anish Malpani from Ashaya is pushing to develop a social impact startup that can improve both the quality of life of waste pickers while tackling heads on the recycling issue.
