Previously, Dr. Wagner was a Clinical Associate Professor at New York University and the Founding Co-Director of Harvard University's Solar Geoengineering Research Program. He started off his career as a Fellow at the Financial Times, a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group, and a Lead Senior Economist at the Environmental Defense Fund. Dr. Wagner received an Economics Master's Degree from Stanford University, and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science/Policy, and a Ph.D. in Political Economy and Government from Harvard University.
