Madeleine Watts is a writer of novels, stories, and essays. Madeleine's debut novel 'The Inland Sea,' was shortlisted for the 2021 Miles Franklin Literary Award, and her second novel, 'Elegy, Southwest,' was released in February. 'Elegy, Southwest,' follows a young married couple on a road trip, coming to terms with their marriage breakdown in the shadow of environmental collapse.
