Lesson 65 | Kumusta ang Mental Health Mo? | Class Dismissed PH

TRIGGER WARNING: This episode contains sensitive topics about substance abuse, self-harm, and suicide.

Have you ever felt that life is a mess, meaningless and hopeless? Have you been immensely sad with no apparent reason, perennially anxious, and felt you’re losing it?

These conditions may be invitations for us to look closely into our mental health. Unlike physical condition, mental (un)wellness may not be readily observable, but it is real.

In this episode (with trigger warning), the trio talk about the usual causes, pains and stuggles, societal stigma, and coping strategies as regards mental health conditions. As much as we keep our bodies strong and healthy this pandemic, we need not forget that we are not just bodies, but also mind (or soul as the Greeks would say).

Pwedeng ma-late, pero bawal ang absent. See you in class!
