In receiving or asking prayer, we often have the opportunity to ask God for what might seem impossible. When we believe that God will intervene and answer impossible prayers, then we have the faith to pray. Asking is not putting God on the line to perform. It is not telling him to do a miracle; it is asking him to intervene, then watching to see what he chooses to do.
