As the co-director of Legal Services for Prisoners with Children (LSPC) and co-founder of All of Us or None (AOUON), Dorsey has been at the forefront of movements to end indefinite solitary confinement, expand access to housing and employment for formerly incarcerated people, and restore voting rights to those on parole and probation.
For nearly forty years, Dorsey has championed civil and human rights, making significant strides with the Ban the Box campaign, which has removed conviction history from job applications in over 100 cities and eighteen states. His leadership has been instrumental in legislative victories and grassroots organizing, proving that radical change is not only possible but imperative.
