„Když jsem silná, můžu si dovolit udělat chybu!“ O fyzioterapii v cirkuse s Adélou Jordákovou
Knihovna Cirqueonu uspořádala další přednášku, tentokrát na téma: „Cirkus a zdraví.“ Fyzioterapeutka a akrobatka Adéla Jordáková sdílela své zkušenosti a znalosti z oboru fyzioterapie a zdravotní medicíny. Adéla Jordáková vystudovala fyzioterapii na 2.LF v Motole a působí jako fyzioterapeut zejména u tanečníků (balet ND) a cirkusových umělců. Aktivně se vzdělává v taneční a cirkusové medicíně a přednáší v ČR i v zahraničí (HAMU, INAC, SKH). Má za sebou také roční studijní pobyt na cirkusové škole SKH ve Švédsku, kde se věnovala především vertikálnímu lanu. Věnuje se ale i dalším závěsným disciplínám a stojkám a baví ji propojovat věci ve vzduchu a na zemi."
Během setkání v knihovně CIRQUEONu se Adéla Jordáková zaměřila na témata jako: jaká jsou rizika, která nový cirkus skýtá, jaké podmínky v péči o „cirkusové tělo“ Česko nabízí a kdo se vůbec může stát fyzioterapeutem nebo terapeutkou pečující o cirkusové profesionály a profesionálky.

Title: "‘When I am strong, I can afford to make mistakes!’ About physiotherapy in the circus with Adéla Jordáková"
The Cirqueon library organized another lecture, this time on the topic: "Circus and Health." Physiotherapist and acrobat Adéla Jordáková shared her experiences and knowledge from the fields of physiotherapy and health medicine. Adéla Jordáková studied physiotherapy at the 2nd Faculty of Medicine in Motol and works primarily as a physiotherapist for dancers (National Theatre Ballet) and circus artists. She actively educates herself in dance and circus medicine and lectures in the Czech Republic and abroad (HAMU, INAC, SKH). She also completed a one-year study stay at the circus school SKH in Sweden, where she mainly focused on vertical rope. However, she also engages in other aerial disciplines and handstands and enjoys connecting things in the air and on the ground.
During the meeting at the CIRQUEON library, Adéla Jordáková focused on topics such as the risks that contemporary circus presents, the conditions for "circus body" care in the Czech Republic, and who can become a physiotherapist caring for circus professionals.
