Může cirkus pozitivně působit na duševní zdraví? Lze ho použít v terapeutických procesech? A pokud ano, jaké metody lze v takové praxi aplikovat? Knihovna CIRQUEONu přinesla další přednáškový večer, tentokrát na téma " Cirkus a jeho terapeutický potenciál." O tématu mluvila cirkusová lektorka a performerka Hana Davidová a klinický psycholog a žonglér Vojtěch Holický. Oba stojí za mezinárodním projektem CIRCUS CLINIC, ze kterého vzešla publikace v českém a anglickém jazyce. Projekt, jehož partnerem byl i CIRQUEON, zkoumal několik případů, u kterých lze nový cirkus použít k podpoře a rozvoji terapeutických procesů u dětí a mladých dospělých. Nabízí zajímavé způsoby, jak přemýšlet o cirkusu a jeho možnostech pro podporu celkové pohody prostřednictvím her, kreativity, uvědomování si vlastního těla.
