Lalit Dhamija is a Procurement and Supply Chain Management trainer and solution provider, a Chartered Fellow of Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), certified Project management professional, graduate Mechanical Engineer with an MBA and social media enthusiast. Form over the past 40 years’ Lalit has worked with CEOs and trained thousands of executives, managers, and project leaders in Fortune 500 and multinational companies. Lalit has been working as a CIPS volunteer in UAE since 2009. Siddharth Batra is a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) from National University of Singapore. He is currently working as a Project Manager at Fugro and was previously with Heerema Marine Contractors Siddharth is a millennial project management professional with a successful track record of contribution to several high-profile projects around the globe in the onshore building sector and offshore energy sector across a time-span of 8 years. We discussed about his ongoing experience of working on the Jack-up mobile platform from last 110 days off the coast of Maldives, Supply Chain issues, Millennial's view point of working remotely & offshore during current Pandemic. Siddharth is a passionate rock climber, an advanced PADI scuba diver in addition to being a globally experienced project manager known for working well with stakeholders to deliver results on time and within budget.
