Kumar has also highlighted the importance of securing customer data and preventing misuse, stating that NBFCs and HFCs have adopted technology at a rate of 50 to 60%.

"We are 80 to 90% digitized, and customers are happy because loan processing activities that used to take around 15 days to complete are now completed within around 5 days."
