Episode 5: We Start Drinking Wine and Feature a Chef Interview

In this week's episode we start drinking wine. This week we are featuring a Cabernet Sauvignon gifted from Posh event space in OTR. We talk about our experience at Jeff Ruby's, Wine Festival, and Sotto. We go over openings/closings and feature our first Chef Interview with Vanessa Miller who was promoted from Metropole to an executive position within the 21C Hotel. We end the episode going over some ideas of things to do for Red's opening day.
