50. Fear or Faith, your choice. (Also - new pod name who dis?!)

Welcome to the new and improved Christy Says Things Podcast! YAY! The new title brings new things, like GUESTS coming in February, and more woo chats than ever before... tailored to people who are really new to the spiritual world and just getting started on learning more about their gifts they bring. I want to make Christy Says Things a place where all spiritual newbies AND people wanting more from life can connect and feel the support they need to live their best life. So RIP to the Chase Your Stars Podcast, although it was a great way to get started. I still love seeing people flee their comfort zone and kicking ass, so there will be some Star Chasing in there. It's going to be a fun new adventure. So let's do it shall we?

*NOTE* Don't wait for things to be perfect when you start. Just start and adjust as you go. Or else, you may never even start, and then what's worse? Starting imperfectly or no one getting to enjoy your gifts that you have to share with the world?! You know the answer.

Let's get into this weeks episode. I had a fantastic quote on my daily calendar about choosing fear or faith, so that's the topic this week. They take the same effort, yet it seems so easy to slip into the idea of things not working out, and I'll share some examples of where this can show up. I also talk about your energy, and how important it is to put your energy into things that are giving you a return on your investment. Plus, stay to the end for a little energy exercise you can do to see if you're giving energy away for free!
