Did you take some time to reflect on 2022 yet?

The end of a year is that time for me where I actually allow myself to celebrate some wins, (typed wine by accident initially, I also celebrate that... ;)) and really think about what served me well, where I played small, how I grew, and what I want to leave behind.  

I came up with 3 things that I'm leaving back in 2022, and I'm chatting more about them in this podcast.

In case you were curious and can't hardly WAIT to know, they are: self-doubt, letting other peoples opinions direct my life, and not taking the small steps just because I can't see where they lead. (aka - control freak status!)
