Hey, guys! Yes I’m back lol. Don’t listen to me when I make plans- I change them haha. Anyway, today I decided to tell you guys about something I had to learn over the summer. I tell you a story of how I got into a really difficult spot and ended up getting addicted to something that wasn’t helping me get better. I had to learn, and still am learning, how to have a healthy balance of media in my life. I’m sure many of you struggle with the same issue so I thought I’d talk it over and maybe you guys can gain an idea of how to manage your social media intake better.
