Barry and Larry are two big brown bears that are best friends. They are very different bears though. Barry likes adventure while Larry likes to cozy up at home. So when Barry wants to go the moon with Larry, Barry doesn't force Larry to come with him. He knows that if he dragged Larry to come to the moon with him, Larry would not be happy. So Barry comes up with a plan to let Larry see for himself how fun the moon would be so they can enjoy the moon together. 

God loves you so much that He would never force you to do what He wants. That would defeat the purpose of loving you. Therefore, he has given all of us free will to choose what we want. His wish is that with that free will, you choose to choose Him. That you choose to love him every day and to ask Him if what you want to do is what He believes is best for you. That way, at the end of day, you are happy because you were not forced to love Him, and He is happy because you voluntarily Love Him back.
