From seasonal depression to mental health and how its become more socially acceptable to speak about within society and younger generations as well as how its perceived within the Black community, to physical health and how people can be treated differently when seeking medical help depending on their skin colour. We also open up about our own mental health struggles faced while growing up and tips on how we overcame it.
