Chita Tande; which translated from Haitian Creole means "Sit Down and Listen," is a podcast hosted by members of Haitian Heritage & Friends of Haiti (HHFoH) to bring awareness on the work this organization has done in Haiti since the devastating 2010 earthquake, and the work that remains to be done today. Haitian Heritage & Friends of Haiti (HHFoH) is a grassroots community based 501(c)3 non-profit organization strongly committed to strengthening and improving the Haitian Community in the Charlotte area and beyond, founded by Haitian-American humanitarian activist Sabine Guerrier.

As a Haitian-American organization, we grappled with the idea of having this discussion without making it a political debate, but at the same time, we recognized it was necessary for us to talk about this tragedy and what it means for Haiti's immediate future.
