Neil has lead churches, worked with NFP's including World Vision, and is the Founder of a Social Enterprise.

Neil is also husband to an incredible woman who he is madly in love with, and has three children who he loves and is inspired by everyday.
Neil is a survivor of child sexual abuse. Because of this, he is motivated to see a change in organisations so that no other child experiences what he did.
