Hello everyone welcome to my podcast. This is Karen E and if you knew here you are very much welcome and the returning view is I am always elated and excited to always have you on here so today I'm going to be speaking about um one of those things um in my studying of the scriptures that at every point T or every point in time, I get to remember the scripture the spirit of God reminds me of the scripture and he makes me think about it and I actually meditate it. It's like regagitating like when you've eaten something already and then but because you're not fully exhausted, he, it's importance and everything and the Holy Spirit has to bring it back again. And one of these one of those days, the Holy Spirit reminded me of the scripture that says that fasting and praying, especially fasting of wood, hambles our body. It humbles our body. It humbles, humbles a flesh. I thought about it a bit critically and I was like, okay, if the only thing that humbles are flesh is when we fast, when we fast, especially food, talk about fasting, other things like social media,et and things like that it it just it was just there and he deeply got me. Jose he got my attention. It's like okay. and then I realized that most of the times when I have fusted, I find it so hard, maybe too abus a person not that I do it, but I just cannot treat them anyhow with suddenly and then I noticed the other another time that when I'm fasting maybe I'll not raise my voice even when I may not be pleased by a such a thing, I would rather say the certain way all just ignore it and move on. so we see to aspects here where in your no more every day if you weren't fasting anything or giving yourself to God and a sweet of God, you know, you'd probably have reacted differently or done something but amazingly and I know that most of us as Christians we cannot access to these things. What am I saying? Has a Bible? We've we've seen in a Bible that fasting always goes with prayer. It's one thing it's one of those principles and practices that we do as questions and if you are a Christian and you barely do it or not do it at all, maybe it's it's some time to just reflect because by the time God recommended it, he knew its benefits and he knew what it could do in our lives. Thank you very much, guys, Will's name. I'll see you guys in my next thought. Bye.
