He can deadlift 310kg, squat 250kg and also run 100 miles in under 24 hours. He took 2023 2nd place (22 hrs) Kokoda Ultramarathon in PNG.
Rob is a elite performer; he’s also a chiropractor, a special forces veteran, a performance coach, and a gym owner. Over the years, he has experimented with nearly every diet available, including vegan, vegetarian, low-carb, keto, omnivore, carnivore and now a heavily meat-based omnivore approach.
