Louie Tandiono-Cellona and William, co-founders of TC Group, are driven by a deep commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities through their organizations, Tancell Care and the Autism Pride Center (APC). Their work was inspired by Louie's sister, Ladyann, who has Down syndrome. These organizations offer resources, care, job training, and community integration programs in Nevada. Tancell Care and APC provide services through direct support professionals, offering support in residential and vocational settings. The duo is also involved in partnerships with local businesses like Swim Week Las Vegas, Vegas PBS and Zappos, which further highlights their commitment to inclusion. Looking ahead, they plan to expand their services and create new opportunities in 2025, like a summer camp, after-school program, and a job training program focused on the restaurant industry, with the goal of serving 700 people with disabilities.
