Michelle has founded several companies in the United States including the Northwest's first internet fulfillment company, the American Homestay Network, Transition2, and Compelling Technologies. Somewhere in-between, she did ten years of grant writing, helping secure over $8 million in funding for underserved communities. She taught English and Culture in China for one year and is currently a principal and licensing agent for Koru, Inc., representing talent to publishers and entertainment.ย She also does volunteer work mentoring young start-ups through Social Venture Partners and UW School of Business.

Danella cut her professional teeth in hospitality and customer service at Walt Disney World and the Four Seasons. Her diverse experiences, from media sales to journalism, have culminated in co-founding ventures like Full Suite, SPARQ, Homegrown Media, and co.lab, all aimed at fostering business, entrepreneurship, and community growth. A recent graduate of the Inner MBA program, Danella infuses purpose and mindfulness into her work and life.
In constant pursuit of balance and self-development, she applies the practices of yoga in her daily life and surfs as much as possible to stay in touch with nature.
