
Hey everyone! In this episode, I discussed why having the right mindset matters. We have control over what we take in on a day-to-day basis. Since we have that control, why not decide to introduce more positivity into our lives? It takes much more energy to be negative than to be positive. There’s an old saying that the ancients used to share: it takes more muscles to frown than to smile. Some of us walk around with such furrowed brows that when we finally do have a good laugh, the muscles we haven’t used in a while can start to hurt our faces.
