Shortly after, she entered the tech space through a lead go-to-market role for a fast growing healthtech startup, launching her career in scaling high growth B2B tech SaaS companies. I wanted to chat with Monica because it's not common to find a woman of leadership in both tech and public health, especially one that embraces femininity in her leadership at HiLabs!
