As I approach a year since my last drink I talk about my experiences of going a whole year off the sauce.
It is pretty wild to think I've been living the Capri Sun life for the past 12 months, but here we are....
In this episode I give my honest opinions on a year no beer and give the good and the bad on it.
I break it down into the following sections:
My why for doing it, health impacts, productivity, socialising and the impact on it, mindset changes, events, benefits to drinking and if I'll drink again or not.
