This week instead of just talking about topics I've got a question for you to ask yourself.

I was a bit obsessed with the Olympics, so you better believe it's the inspiration for this episode.

The question is if you had to apply yourself to a goal like an Olympic athlete for four years, what would you love to do?


In this episode I go over this question and some of the things to consider when asking yourself this question and some of the things which may pop up if you were to truly apply yourself to something for that long a time.
