In this week I’m riding solo!!

So with that I use it as a time to reflect on the last 10 weeks and what’s been going on in my life and to share some of the realizations and mindset shifts I’ve experienced during the time at home.

I cover topics such as things not working out as you expect them to, being adaptable, how what you think impacts on how you act, my latest year no beer experiences and touch on injuries and the impact they can have!

It’s just a good aul fashioned rambling session but I think contains some interesting information and some good revelations I’ve had recently.
