Jill serves as President & CEO of Disability:IN, a global, non-profit, non-partisan business to business network that empowers business to achieve disability equality and inclusion. Disability:IN serves as the collective voice of nearly 50 affiliates across the United States, representing over 5,000 businesses.

As a champion of empathy in the workplace, employment for everyone and innovation, Nish shares experiences of thought leaders and how they are contributing to these concepts.
