
Kerry smith is a personal trainer from Scotland who trains 70-100 year olds as well as her clients in the gym.
I seen Kerry post quotes of fitness advice from her clients some of which were as old as 97 and I had to get her on to speak about how she actually trains people of that age and why? We get into lots of topics regarding how the sessions work and how she structures them, the mistakes she has made with her clients as well as how she works around all of the different requirements her older clients need.
It turned out to be a fascinating episode and one I’m sure all personal trainers can learn from and all regular people can take inspiration from!
