
One of the most common things people who struggle with body image or their weight do is negative self talk. We all do it to some extent but the more you do it the worse you're going to feel and the bigger the impact is going to be on your self esteem and likelihood of losing fat. This isn't about the body positivity movement and it's not about never trying to lose weight if that really is something you feel you have to do. That being said fat shaming anyone doesn't work never mind yourself and you're only going to put up more and more mental barriers to overcoming your negative thoughts and negative relationship with your body.
