In this episode I talk to Mark Lewis, founder of LaserWeld, Inc. Mark built an amazing business that is unlike any other I had ever heard of. The company has intercessors on staff to cover everyone in prayer and onsite counsellors to strengthen marriages and families. In an industry where there is 40% employee turnover, his company only has 2% and it is the biggest suppliers of Mitsubishi Forklift. Listen in to hear his amazing story!
