In this raw and deeply personal episode, I take you through my own breaking point. For years, I was caught in the loop of hustle culture — from med school to residency, from late nights to early rounds, always trying to prove myself. I was trapped in performance, drowning in materialism, lost in rage, and my relationships were collapsing. The grind had me… until it broke me. What woke me up was a series of silent alarms: my wife’s postpartum depression, our daily fights, my toxic behaviors, and a creeping realization that I was spiritually bankrupt. I was lost — until I chose to slow down and face the mirror. I share how I started over:

📖 Reading and reflection
🥗 Taking care of my physical and mental health
