Mr. Abhishek Sharma, Advocate is the Managing Partner of Pulastya Legal, a law firm with offices in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Delhi. His law firm advises a number of Indian and international clients on laws relating to startups, which include Intellectual Property laws, Labour Laws, IT laws, Contract Laws and a few more. His clients include software companies, private equity firms, advertising, media & entertainment houses, FMCGs, pharma companies, etc. He also serves as a General Counsel for many start-ups and assists them in managing their day-to-day legal issues.
Mr. Sharma graduated with an LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Indraprastha University, Delhi, and later went to the United States to pursue LL.M. in Intellectual Property, Commerce and Technology from Franklin Pierce Center of Intellectual Property at the University of New Hampshire School of Law.
Apart from managing his law firm, he also likes to coach law students and has spoken at various law colleges across India.
