What is Mindful Attention? - introduction to meditations with Charlotte Watts
This is an introduction to the first theme within the 30 days of 15 min practices (daily) with three teachers; taking a journey around the mindful, relaxed attention that forms the basis of a meditation practice – for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Join Charlotte Watts, Leah Barnett and Leonie Taylor for a 30 day programme exploring ten themes with their individual approaches for each, for you to experience the facets of meditation from a mindful, compassionate perspective.
The first of the ten themes is What is Mindful Attention? - here Charlotte gives an overview to take you into the three meditation practices to follow.
At 15 minutes, these meditations are suitable for beginners as they take you through the aspects of practice, to either continue to use those which suit you as support, or to move towards time with your own non-guided practice.
For those with experience, they are a useful companion to journey inwards; where you may wish to start with a guided practice before maybe moving into time without that external influence.
