How do you prepare and support HR through Agile transformation?
Human Resources organizations around the world are exploring a shift towards an Agile way of working to better meet the needs of the business. In an ever-changing marketplace and with tight competition, an Agile approach can allow Human Resources functions to readily adapt to changes in business strategy. However, this shift in methodology requires a thought out transition and does not come without its challenges. In this ChapmanCG Podcast, Associate Director, Marcela Christ speaks with Tatiana Goldberg, from Unilever, about best and learned practices through implementing an HR Agile transformation. As HR Director for the Marketing organization for the North America cluster, she was instrumental in leading the function’s Agile transformation.
