This week, Andrea and Theo are joined by Andrea’s long-time best friend Katie—writer, therapist-in-training, and certified chaotic force. She shows up armed with strong opinions, stripy socks, and a dangerously well-balanced gin + Dash cocktail. The trio dives into everything from their high school mean girl phase to Andrea’s elite status as the world’s chillest houseguest (just add a weighted blanket and some leftovers).

There’s unapologetic Rafa fangirling (cardboard cutout and all), a hate-watch of Meghan Markle’s Netflix doc, and Katie’s firm belief that every healthy friendship needs a four-year break. Also: Theo gets dive-bombed by a bird hours before a red-eye flight, and Andrea nearly throws up cleaning it off her head. Oh, and Andrea took a mirror selfie of herself after meeting Rafa—not with him, of herself. It’s pure chaos and exactly the energy we needed this week.
