when the day has come to an end and all is said and done, i know it can sometimes be difficult to quiet the mind and get the rest our bodies so deserve- so i decided to do a sleep meditation.

let's turn out the lights and close up after a long day of surviving.

on this journey, we'll gradually scan and release tension from every part of your body. promoting relaxation and deepening our connection to the present moment.

this sleep meditation combines gentle guidance, calming breathwork, and mindfulness techniques to cultivate a peaceful state of mind and facilitate a good night's rest.
